OBESITY

What is obesity?
It is a metabolic situation in which there is an excessive weight gain, due to the accumulation of fat. The causes that originated are very complex, but we know that it intervenes the heritage, food, exercise, etc.
Although many people think that "being fat" is 'healthy', it is not true. Obesity shortens the years of life, because it predisposes to many diseases: diabetes, cholesterol and high tension, breathing difficulties, calculations of vesicle, gout, arthritis, angina pectoris, etc. As a result, being fat is not healthy; do not insist in saying that his fatness is nature because it harms him equally.
How is obesity controlled?
